Beren (Tolutim Yaffle) and I have been to a three shows. One trip to Builth Wells and two trips to Stafford.
In the depths of Wales we enjoyed a long day out. He went into the minor puppy class all alone and cavorted around the ring. He really needed more training, as the judge said in her report.
At Stafford we were in a large class of 12 and he behaved very well, just a little funny about having his teeth inspected. (But who isn’t? I never like the dentist poking about in my mouth.)

So in March we will be going up to the NEC for Crufts. More about his travels later.

The boys have taken a big step in their social development – they went to a show training class. All of them behaved very well.
Yaffel took to it very naturally, while Yves and Yazoo were a little overawed but only for a moment. Then they all settled down and stood to be looked over and showed themselves off more.
There was another shock dring the week. Zaffre and the boys were playing, then she decided she wanted to have a bit of a run around the yard. Off she went at full speed, followed closely by Yazoo. Round and round they went.
Then it happened. Zaffre went over the little fence at the bottom of the garden and Yazoo went over after her.
Mary had been expecting one of them to scrabble over, but this was not something she thought might happen. A few months on, when they were at their new homes, maybe, but not now. Mary was shocked when she saw it, and I couldn’t believe it when she told me when I came home from work.

at the Leeds Championship Show today.
Curiosity and frolics are part of the day, every day. They continue to grow and keep each other company. We are enjoying them very much.

If you know of any potential homes for the boys, please let us know.
still looking for new homes.

We look forward to any enquiries.
The Thorners have had a happy holiday in Scotland where they enjoyed a long weekend away from Somerset.
Molly and Marcy were taken to a show. See what Molly did there.
Although I am wearing a shirt that says “One can never have too many dogs”, we want to share our joy of living with dalmatians. We are hoping for three more homes for the boys, Yaffel, Yazoo and Yves St Laurent.

Mary has been busy taking pictures but Stilman was not able to keep up. So here is a selection of what the pups have been up to.
